• Authentication data: OAuth tokens when you sign in with Google
• Usage data: prompts submitted, animations generated, credits consumed
• Billing data: subscription status and payment history (processed by PayPal; we do not store payment card details)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the animation generation service
• To process your subscriptions and manage billing
• To send transactional emails (generation complete, billing receipts)
• To improve the Service and develop new features
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• To send marketing communications (only with your opt-in consent)

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on the following infrastructure:

• Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security
• File storage: Cloudflare R2 for generated animation files
• Hosting: Vercel for application delivery

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate:

• Supabase: authentication and database
• PayPal: payment processing
• Cloudflare: file storage and CDN
• Google: OAuth authentication (when you choose to sign in with Google)
• Groq: prompt enhancement (your prompt text is sent for AI processing)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Your Prompts and Generated Content

Text prompts you submit are processed to generate animations. We may retain prompts for service improvement and abuse detection. Generated animation files are stored in your account until you delete them. We do not use your prompts to train AI models.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated animation files are retained until you delete them. After account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
